How do I request a site visit during construction?
Please contact our Enquiry/WhatsApp line (+91 9562549959) at least 48 hours in advance. Our project managers schedule visits on Mondays and Thursdays for ongoing sites in Alappuzha.
Where can I find my digital blueprints?
All digital assets are shared via your dedicated project cloud link sent to your email at the start of the project. If you have lost access, please email us at sabarishanc@gmail.com with your Project Name in the subject line.
What is the warranty period for interior works?
We offer a 1-year service warranty on workmanship for all interior projects. Hardware and materials are subject to the specific manufacturer's warranty policies. Please retain your handover documents for warranty claims.
I have a billing discrepancy. Who do I contact?
For any invoicing or payment issues, please call our Support line directly. Our accounts team operates Mon-Fri from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Do you provide post-handover maintenance?
Yes, we provide paid maintenance services for projects we have completed. Contact us for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) quote tailored to your property.
