Fees for services are structured based on project milestones. Commencement of structural work requires an initial deposit as outlined in your specific project proposal. All payments are non-refundable once the design stage has been initiated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bee ARCHITECTS shall not be held liable for structural failures resulting from unauthorized deviations from our structural designs, improper soil testing provided by third parties, or the use of substandard materials by the construction team not under our direct supervision.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.
